Inspection
Visual Inspection of building material surfaces for signs of water damage and/or mold contamination. Thermal Cameras and Humidity Meters are used.
Mold Testing
Collection of air Sampling and Surface Sampling to document possible mold concentrations are sent to Laboratory, and Assessment Report with recommendations is delivered.
Remediation
Water damage cleanup, drying out remaining water, and removing damage drywall, carpets, flooring, etc. Finally, Industrial dryers and vacuums run for several days.
